The short version

Pre-orders opened on June 25, 2026. Official Coverage of the announcement is consistent on that date (Yahoo Finance), though one outlet gave June 24 as the day editions were revealed.

Both editions get the Vintage Vice City Pack for eligible pre-orders, and Rockstar’s page says pre-ordering includes GTAVI: The Album (Rockstar). Official

The deadline problem

Here the sources split.

The Hollywood Reporter says orders placed before November 20 get the Vintage Vice City Pack (Hollywood Reporter). Other fan and retail sites we saw say before November 19. Rumor / unconfirmed A difference of one day matters if you plan to buy at the last minute, and time zones can make it worse, since “before November 20” can mean different moments for different buyers.

Our advice is not to wait. If you want the bonus, buy well before launch day and read the exact deadline on the store page, since the store’s wording controls.

Standard or Ultimate?

How big are pre-orders?

Take-Two has not published pre-order unit numbers. It reported $1.39 billion in net bookings for its fiscal first quarter, which covered part of the pre-order period, and the CEO called the start “exceptional” (TechRadar). Official

Practical tips

Check the store, not a fan site. Prices, bonuses and deadlines can differ by retailer and region.
Look at the refund and cancellation rules before paying. They are set by the store.
Pre-order digitally if you want to preload. Reports say boxed copies include a download code rather than a disc, which we cover in the physical edition guide.
